Why a workbench is faster

For each named workbench, Katemba maintains a curated, version-controlled knowledge pack for that domain. By kick-off, the regulations, risks and red flags are already in the pack, so you don’t start by collating documents.

The personas are designed.
Each workbench ships with a persona library, every entry through the evaluation gate. You’re not designing the right prompt; you’re tuning the persona library to your house style and constraints.

The output contracts are specified.
We’ve worked out what structured outputs the workbench should produce, what fields are required, what validations apply, and how they integrate with surrounding systems. You configure; you don’t specify from scratch.
The result is a productised engagement measured in weeks, with all the same governance, isolation and auditability as a full Governed AI Delivery engagement.
