This site doesn’t watch you.

What this site collects

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. We build no per-visitor profile: nothing identifies you or follows you between visits. The only trace a visit leaves is the standard server log described below.

Two data flows exist, and only two:

• Server logs. Like almost every web server, ours records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser user-agent) for operating and securing the site. They are used for nothing else.
• Fonts. The site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google’s servers - which means Google sees that request, as it would on a large share of the web. Google’s own privacy policy governs that request.

If you email us

We keep the correspondence for as long as it’s needed to reply and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. We don’t add you to a mailing list - we don’t have one - and we don’t share your details with anyone else. Ask us to delete a thread and we will, unless we’re required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - the same address as everything else: hello@katemba.com. If you’re not happy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If we ever add anything to this site that changes the above - a form, analytics, embedded media - this notice changes first.
